Ticketing, Payment & Refund Policy

Jungle Safari Nava Raipur ticketing and operations are managed under the Forest Department, Government of Chhattisgarh.

1. Booking Methods

Tickets can be booked through the official website, WhatsApp booking channel, or the on-site ticket counter.

2. Booking Timings

Safari booking available until 4:00 PM for same-day visits.

Zoo booking until 5:00 PM and boating booking until 6:00 PM for same-day visits.

Advance booking is available up to 30 days in advance.

3. Ticket Delivery

E-tickets are issued digitally and sent via SMS and WhatsApp.

A printed copy can be obtained from the ticket counter if required.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Once booked, tickets cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.

Refunds are allowed only in exceptional cases such as incorrect details or transaction errors.

Refunds are processed only for unused and valid tickets.

Refund requests for same-day bookings must be raised within 2 days.

Refunds for future-date tickets may take up to 7 working days.

5. Ticket Validation & Expiry

Each ticket contains a unique QR code and a 6-digit alphanumeric Ticket ID.

Tickets are scanned and verified at the entry point.

Ticket validity expires at 7:00 PM on the booking date.

6. Force Majeure & Closure

Operations may be suspended due to weather, technical issues, or government orders.

In such cases, refunds or rescheduling may be offered at management discretion.

7. Compliance & Fair Practice

All transactions comply with the IT Act 2000, Wildlife Protection Act 1972, and Eco-Tourism Guidelines 2019.
