1. Introduction

Welcome to the official website of Jungle Safari Nava Raipur.

By accessing this website or purchasing tickets online, via WhatsApp, or at the counter, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

2. Website Ownership & Management

The website and its services are managed under the supervision of the Director Cum DFO Jungle Safari Raipur.

The website may be developed and maintained by NIC or authorized technical partners.

3. Ticketing & Entry

Entry is permitted only with a valid e-ticket containing a QR code and a 6-digit Ticket ID.

Visitors must present their ticket at every designated entry point.

Tickets are valid only for the date and slot mentioned and expire at 7:00 PM on the same day.

Tickets are non-transferable.

Bookings and entry for zoo, safari, and boating are subject to timings, operational availability, and crowd management regulations.

4. Visitor Conduct & Safety Rules

All visitors must follow the guidelines issued by Jungle Safari management and forest staff.

Maintain silence and respect wildlife; loud noises, music, or disturbance to animals is prohibited.

Feeding, teasing, or attempting to approach animals is strictly prohibited.

Plastic bottles, polythene, or any non-biodegradable items are not allowed inside the safari.

Visitors must follow the instructions of the guide and driver during the safari.

Photography charges apply: Digital Camera ₹100, Video Camera (Normal) ₹500, Commercial Video ₹1000. Flash photography is not allowed.

5. Disclaimer & Liability

Management is not responsible for the natural behavior of wild animals or unforeseen incidents, provided no negligence has occurred.

Visitors are requested to cooperate during sudden closures or restrictions imposed for safety or administrative reasons.
